We are looking for a motivated Hair Assistant & Salon Support team member to assist stylists and help maintain smooth salon operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn and grow within the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
Assist hair stylists during client services. Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for treatments. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the salon. Prepare tools, equipment, and workstations. Welcome clients and provide excellent customer service. Manage towels, supplies, and inventory as needed. Support daily salon operations and team activities.
Requirements
Previous salon experience is an advantage but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Professional appearance and reliability. Ability to work as part of a team.
